This week on the Podcast Brent Hayden. Brent is a 4x Olympic swimmer from Canada and A 2012 Olympic Bronze medalist in the 100 m Freestyle. Brent initially retired after the London Olympics in 2012 and returned to the pool seven years later at the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo. And became the oldest swimmer to ever go sub-48 seconds in the men’s 100 free at the age of 37. Such a great story. As always ...Thank you for your support.
